Involving Peer Educators in addressing Teen Dating Violence

  • English

This manual is one of the main outputs of project Ambassadors of Love and Respect, which focused on involving volunteers as peer educators in the prevention activities of Love and Respect project.

The manual summarizes how to involve volunteers as peer educators in the prevention activities, what are the advantages or risks of it. It also provides theoretical and practical tips for peers on how to recognize teen dating violence or how to effectively communicate with someone experiencing it.

Therefore, the manual should be useful for anyone considering involving peer educators in their activities or for those who already do that, since it summarizes our lessons learned or dilemmas we faced during our project.
