Description: Fundación Mujeres is an NGO that works on the implementation of intervention projects, in the different areas of social, political, economic and cultural participation, with the aim of making equality of opportunities real and effective.

- Programs aimed at strengthening the social presence of women, with special attention to the labor market and the employment of women
- Proposals for intervention within the education system for equality education and the prevention of gender violence
- It offers services for companies to improve their human resources management incorporating equal opportunities.
- Encourages and supports social awareness campaigns in favor of equal opportunities and the prevention of gender violence.
- Promotes and develops social research projects for the development of intervention proposals on equal opportunities and integration of the gender perspective.
- Collaborates with the public administration in the integration of the gender perspective and equal opportunities in the management and development of public policies.
