Description: The mission and strategy of AVNG is based on the following premises:

- Nobody can stay insensitive to the problem of domestic violence.

- There is no such problem, which cannot be solved through united efforts.

- Our activities shall contribute to establishment of the environment, which shall be free from violence.

- With our activities we create mechanisms of continuous response to cases of domestic violence.

- Our activities contribute to enhancing mechanisms of rendering of assistance to the victims of violence.

- Capacity building of the organization, professionalism of our staff and cooperation with other organizations is the precondition of our success.

Cultural-Humanitarian Fund "Sukhumi"

Description: We are a group of women - internally displaced people (IDPs) who come together to establish a women’s non-governmental organisation in Kutaisi, Western Georgia in October 1997. Our organisational mission is development of women’s activity through educational, legal, economic, social, cultural activities to increase women’s role in building a democratic society in Georgia, in the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Abkhazia, and achieving economic independence. The main directions of our organisation's activity are: women and gender equality; women and peacebuilding; women and non-violent society; work with youth.

Sakhli - Advice Center for Women

Description: Sakhli specialises in supporting victims of domestic violence (DV) and was the first organization in Georgia to solely focus on this issue.

Sakhli has multidisciplinary team which includes social workers, lawyers, psychologists, psychiatrists, family doctors and pediatricians. Our mandate is to help victims of DV with any problem they may face.

Our goals are:

- To support victims of domestic violence by providing them with services.

- To raise awareness and increase public understanding about the issue of domestic violence.

- To promote relevant legislative reforms on the issue of domestic violence.

- To create a network to protect the interests of domestic violence victims.
