ANAR Foundation Spain

Description: Since its creation, the Foundation works with the ANAR Homes, shelters for children and teenagers lacking an adequate family environment.

In 1994 it launched the ANAR Help Phone for Children and Teenagers at Risk, a free and confidential line that operates 24 hours a day and throughout the year. This phone offers immediate psychological, social and legal help to minors with problems or at risk.

From that same year, the ANAR Telephone for the Adult and the Family is operational, a service aimed at adults who need guidance in matters related to minors.

Since 2010, the ANAR Telephone for Missing Children has been operating, the single harmonized number of the European Union 116000, which offers emotional support to families during the 24 hours, legal and social counseling, help with complaints and immediate connection with the police, as well as with the network of all 116,000 of Europe.

Blue Phone (Telefono Azurro)

Description: Telefono Azzurro is working for children 24 hours a day. It was created with the aim of talking with adults, families, teachers and educators, who detect situations of discomfort and want to understand how to intervene or how to help children, the management of the Service Emergency Childhood, 114 is an emergency number to call every time a child is in danger. It is active, in free mode, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Anyone, boy or adult, can call 114 to report an emergency involving a child or to report images, messages and dialogues that can swim on television, radio, print media. The number 116000 is also active in Italy - dedicated to reports relating to the search for missing children.

Brave Phone for Children (Hrabri Telefon)

Description: Brave Phone is a non-governmental organization with the needs, rights and protection of children in Croatia at its heart. As well as offering a helpline for children and parents, Brave Phone supports families through a number of programs based in schools, communities and online. Brave Phone for Children is a Helpline that responds to the need for safety and security of every child. They also work to prevent cruelty and injustice toward children. Brave Phone has 70 active volunteers who are trained to provide counseling over the phone to those who need support and help. Brave Phone has been granted full membership of Child Helpline International.

Description: Organization supports kids and young people (to 26 years old) experiencing any kind of crisis, including experience with any kind of violence. Line of Attention Against Gender-Based Violence 900 900 120

Description: It is a service of permanent attention against sexist violence. It’s free and confidential and works every day of the year, 24h. It can be accessed by telephone and email, and it deals with the demands related to any form of violence against women, such as requests for information from women living in situations of violence, about resources in Catalonia regarding assistance to violence against women, requests for advice on possible actions to be taken in a situation of violence against women, coming from individuals and/or professionals.

The line 900 900 120 also acts in cases of activation of the Service of intervention in serious crisis in the field of sexist violence (24h / 365 days a year), coming from any City Council and County Council, with the prior consent of the woman assaulted or their family environment.

It has professionals, lawyers and psychologists who can contact emergency services, if necessary.

White Ring of Safety (BKB)

Description: Bílý kruh bezpečí provides services to the victims and witnesses of crimes. Services are provided in seven counselling centres where especially legal information, practical advice and psychological support is provided. In extremely serious cases they accompany the victim to court, visit the injured victim in hospital and mediate further needed services.

They also have non-stop help line for victims of domestic violence, or witnesses of domestic violence (free of charge). They will provide you with psychological support and with legal and social information to help you solve your situation.

Women Support Center NGO

Description: Established in 2010, the WSC is a full-service Domestic Violence (DV) center led by a group of feminist activists and community leaders dedicated to the mission of combating domestic abuse through the protection, rehabilitation, and empowerment of survivors and changing the legal, educational, and social conditions that contribute to a culture of silence surrounding DV.
